Research Groups and Topics

The URPP Language and Space approached the relationships between language and space with cutting-edge technology, combining insights from dialectology, language typology, interactional linguistics, and Geographic Information Science.  Within this comprehensive interdisciplinary research structure, the URPP Language and Space focused on three thematically differentiated research fields; each of which is further subdivided into research groups.
