Language in the Laboratory

"GERMAN 3.0 – Debates on Language and Its Future" was an initiative by the Goethe-Institut in collaboration with Duden, the Institute for the German Language, and the Stifterverband for German Science.

The URPP Language and Space participated in the Deutsch 3.0 initiative with their activity, "Open Lab Days": an event for upper secondary school students and their teachers.

Open Lab Days: Observing – Measuring – Visualizing Language

The University of Zurich hosts several linguistic labs exploring diverse questions with advanced technologies. At this event, the URPP Language and Space Lab and the Phonetics Laboratory showcased interdisciplinary language research methods to upper secondary students and their teachers.
